This was a box ad that was created to be used on our school publication website. Unfortunately, due to monetary and time restraints it was never utilized.
These are posters that showcase the usefulness and the benefits natural gas has given North Texas. They feature a QR code that links to our corresponding Facebook page.
America’s Natural Gas Alliance asked us to develop, create, and implement a marketing campaign to increase the awareness of the benefits of natural gas for the North Texas, specifically Arlington, area. We create two events. These are the advertisements that I designed.
For this assignment in my PR Methods class (3000 level course) we were asked to ghost write a blog for a real client in Karyn Kelbaugh Genuine Photography. For this particular assignment I recieved an A as a grade.
The Holiday’s Are Here So Spread Some Holiday Cheer
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas (you must sing it)…well maybe not, but it IS cold outside, finally. Which means the holidays must be right around the corner. How many of you have already started your decorating and shopping already? I know I am already looking for holiday cheer and inspiration.
For this particular event poster I modeled it after the Russian Propaganda posters from the Cold War era. I used muted colors and of course red with blocked letters.
For my business card designs I chose the best 10 of my 50 designs. Some are horizontal, vertical, one-sided and two-sided.
For this assignment I had to choose a artistic period and utilize the characteristics of that period. This event poster is utilizes the “pop art” period. I used bright contrasting colors and color blocks from that artistic period.
